I dont say that about too many paid Abshear but this app is awesome definitely worth the money and then some normally I like paid apps but this one is worth it.

Understands only half the words. No way to read replies for texts. What good does it do if I can speak a text but can not listen to an incoming text. If you have an accent forget about it. Save your money and wait for something better.

Good app for what it is, little unresponsive but definitely getting there, will probably continue to use it vigorously while driving. Its an app worth a shot if you have a few spare dollars.

I love the concept of the app but there needs to be some form of voice training as I dont ever let other people use my phone I wouldnt care if my phone wont work for other people. Also if someone is worried about how long it takes a simple repeat after me thing would be good to. And you can train it to your voice in a few hour over 15 to 20 minute intervals and it set. Just a thought

This is true voice control. With Siri you need to press the home button to speak, Vokul listens in the background no need to press anything. Siri needs the Internet, Vokul doesnt. Siri has limitations based on your location, Vokul works wherever you are. I had voice recognition issues with Siri while Vokul picks up my commands swiftly. In all Vokul gives a better voice command experience than Siri. I know because I have used both.

I dont normally write reviews, but this app deserves it. The accuracy is stunning, the options fulfilling, and overall, this is my favorite app on my iPhone.

The accuracy of Vokul is amazing. WAY better than Vlingo. And as good as Dragon Dictation is, its still pretty hands-on. As I understand it, Vokul is built on the same voice recognition software as DD--Nuance. I recommend this to everyone.

This is a must have app for driving. I have tried every voice recognition app out there. This app works like a Bluetooth system in your car. You dictate the action you want and it walks you through the commands. You never have to touch the phone, including to send emails and texts. The app is 100% hands free! Jump on this app.......its a must have. It also plays back your Facebook friends updates, and Twitter which is great while driving.

My wife had Siri on her 4S and this is a really good option if you dont have a 4S. Even then Im keeping this app since it reads my twitter feeds to me! Way better developed than vlingo!

Great app the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the app doesnt allow u to txt just by holding the home button fix that and Ill give it 5 stars

What a great app ! I didnt have high expectations but was looking for a hand after solution vokul was inexpensive and wow! Blew me away! Does exactly what it says it will easy to use fast ! Looking forward to future enhancements !

If youre looking for a voice command app that only gets 20% of the commands right, then this is for you. If you want something that actually works, save your money and look elsewhere.

It took them a few hours to respond to and provide a resolution to the issues I was having with the App, but for now it seems to be working properly after some moderate modifications I had to make to my contact list! Stay tuned......

Im a blind user, and this app has been an absolute Godsend for me. It is remarkably handy, and I love the fact that I can operate my phone even while the screen is locked. The texting interface is quite smooth, and vokul guides you through each step of selecting the contact to text, composing your text, and then sending it. I also listen to podcasts fairly often, and the ability to select a podcast to play and seek forward by time using voice commands is extremely helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a handsfree voice control solution for their iPhone.

I searched for 2 1/2 years for something that would make the voice command on my iPod touch 3rd generation work in the car. I travel a lot and am on the road for 8 to 10 hours a day and really wanted something that would work hands free for my music. Everything else I tried in the car disabled the exterior speakers and you could only hear the music through the earbuds. Pretty useless in the car! I loaded this on my iPod and it worked perfectly, I had no problems installing it and making it do exactly what I wanted. VERY happy!

More integration into iOS itself would be great. It actually works really really well.

When always listen is turned on, Bluetooth music is set to mono. Deal-breaker for me. Also doesnt work well with MS Sync. The car thinks Im on a call. Cant recognize certain phrases. Seems to work fine for SMS dictation, but cant read incoming texts.

You need to work on when a sender returns a text that this app. Reads it out loud. That would give great hands free.
